Before we talk
A few practical questions.
Is this a real person supporting my practice?
Yes. Core matches your practice with a dedicated virtual care coordination assistant who works remotely on the responsibilities agreed with your team.
Are assistants HIPAA-trained, and does Core sign a BAA?
Yes. Our assistants are HIPAA-trained, and clients receive their assistant’s HIPAA training certificate. Core signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and our assistants sign the client’s non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
How does onboarding work?
We learn your workflow, responsibilities, and schedule, help you choose an assistant, and guide onboarding and workflow integration. Ongoing client support continues as your needs change.
What does support cost?
Core plans start at $11/hour, with a 40-hour weekly minimum and month-to-month terms. Care Coordination pricing depends on the responsibilities and level of support required. The hourly rate includes guided onboarding and ongoing Client Success support. We’ll confirm your scope, schedule, and applicable pricing during the strategy call.
What is the minimum commitment, and how is the schedule arranged?
The minimum commitment is 40 hours per week. We discuss your preferred working hours and time zone during the strategy call, then confirm a schedule as part of matching and onboarding. Standard terms are month-to-month.
Can an assistant work with our existing systems?
We review your systems, tools, and workflows during matching and onboarding. Responsibilities, training needs, and access are agreed with your practice so your assistant can work within your processes.
Do I need a job description before the call?
No. Bring a few examples of tasks that consume time or keep falling behind. We’ll use those examples to discuss your workflow and whether Core is a good fit.
Less chasing.
More moving forward.
Let’s find support for your next steps in care.
